SAHASRAA

During one of my sessions with kids last week, I was casually sharing that there are only few weeks left for our classes to end and how I am going to miss them all...This had some spontaneous reactions – some saying ohhhh only 3 weeks...I will miss too you too Ma’am..Will miss you Nimmi...what happens if there are no classes... some not reacting...and a couple of them saying Yessss!!! It’s getting over (These were the ones whom I knew would react this way :)  ;))).... I enjoyed this little conversation, sharing our thoughts, feelings and emotions that came along... I was thinking on these lines and how this whole conversation would have affected me if it was the other way ...If the kids said they wouldn’t miss me or the sessions or had no reactions....  Maybe - My initial reactions would have been feeling terrible I guess ... :)  ;) and then I would have reflected back on my sessions and seen what I have done that children didn’t miss/like my sessions & weighed down

As I reflect back on to the graph of my life from about an year and half  in working with ‘Children’ and being involved in everything related to children – some of the things that I have been experiencing is - Pure joy, the real meaning of loving what you are doing, the challenges, the thrill to do more, the kind of work, variety, getting soaked in something you are passionate about, learning and relishing every bit of being around with “Children – They are the most genuine ones you can ever find”  During this phase of connecting and working with children here I share some of the things that inspire me about them - they have no expectations, they give you endless rewards, they might treat you like you are there worst enemy ever, next moment you see them totally in sync with you, no hard feelings, open to learning, never ending energy, you think you have the best idea for a session with them and they can just show you that it’s the most dumb one you created :)…you think something

……………………Here I go…..Finally I am starting to write about the snapshots of the enriching experience I am going through with Children…… Just not as a mere tradition, but as a soul wanting to share this…I am starting my blog with lot of people to give my heartfelt Gratitude ….Though a “Thank you”  wouldn't suffice for what I owe all of them for giving me this beautiful phase of life I am going through – I would still want to do it -Thanks to My Family, My Lovely Friends , The Wonderful People (this list is on the highest number since about 1 and half year),  all the Inspiring people around and ofcourse The only and the biggest reason to be here are the “CHILDREN” without  whom I wouldn’t have been writing this blog… :)!!!!                                          A Biiiiiiiiig Thank you!!!!!  Am I for some reason sounding like the actors/politicians/whoever winning an award and giving a speech ;)???…..I don’t mind as long as I pour in my thoughts :)
